The patented kit includes mounting brackets, self-locking clevis pins (with ring grips), and a set of four 3″ swivel casters—two with foot-operated swivel locks and two without locks.

Excellent Product but be careful
These casters work great but if you need to be careful about what you lift, be advised it takes more effort to tip the dolly up with the casers on than without them since the casters contact the ground first changing the tongue leverage of the 300 pound dolly. My solution was to tip the dolly up without the casters, jack up one end and put the casters on and do the other side also. Just be careful. This product makes moving the dolly around so much easier and is worth the money and worth the extra step I have to take.
